Aquaholics is looking for Assistant Base Leader to join our team at one of the company properties.

The successful applicant must be:

• Single
• PADI OWSI or above for at least 2 years and currently in active status.
• Experience in a similar position (preferably in the Maldives).
• Able to speak fluent English and one of the following additional languages: German, Russian, and Italian.
• Professional liability insured.
• Revenue and guests experience orientated.
• Possess organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• A qualified Marine Biologist is a plus.
• Knowledge of watersports activities is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work within a resort environment and follow set grooming standards
• Available from July 2022

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage day-to-day dive, watersports, and excursion operations.
• Teach PADI programs and courses.
• Guide certified divers.
• Conduct the training for the staff.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.
