Join Our Team! PADI Instructor Position in St Maarten,

Now our well-established DC is looking for a PADI Instructor to join our team as soon as possible.

We are a small, conservation-focused dive centre based in beautiful Sint Maarten, offering private and small-group diving experiences for high-end clients. Our team is passionate about marine life and providing safe, personalised dives that truly showcase the island’s underwater beauty.

We take out a maximum of six guests per dive trip, so you can focus on quality, safety, and creating great experiences underwater.

The position involves guiding certified divers and teaching PADI courses, and you will also have the opportunity to participate in shark research projects such as camera drops, tagging, and other fieldwork in collaboration with ongoing scientific initiatives.

Living in St Maarten means enjoying warm weather year-round, great diving conditions, and a friendly island lifestyle with everything you need close by. The island is half Dutch and half French, offering a unique blend of cultures, beautiful beaches, and great food.

You must speak English, and speaking another language is a great bonus.
Ideally, candidates should hold a US or Dutch passport for ease of work permit processing.
