Dive Master / OWSI

Do you have a passion for the ocean and a knack for sharing unforgettable underwater experiences? We are seeking a certified Dive master or OWSI to join our vibrant dive team.
This is your chance to work in one of the world’s most stunning marine environments, meet guests from across the globe, and be part of a professional and fun-loving crew.

What you’ll do:
Lead daily guided dives and snorkel excursions for resort guests
Assist with dive training and Discover Scuba Diving experiences
Ensure guest safety and deliver top-tier service both underwater and on land
Help maintain dive gear and facilities to the highest standards
Contribute to marine education and conservation efforts on the island

What we’re looking for:
Certified PADI Dive Master or OWSI
Valid First Aid/CPR & Oxygen Provider certification
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in resort or live-aboard settings preferred
Fluency in English (other languages a plus)

The position requires excellent personal presentation and a willingness to live on an island with meals and accommodation provided.
Previous island experience would be considered an advantage.
