Our Resort is a PADI 5 Star facility based North Sulawesi, Indonesia. We are looking for a responsible and reliable Divemaster to join our team. We are a luxury 5* resort that prioritises safety and exceptional levels of service. The dive center is a full service operation that includes Recreational, Technical, CCR diving and courses, and Freediving.

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious candidate who speaks excellent English. You will be comfortable meeting and anticipating the needs of experienced divers with high expectations; and, working as a collaborative, proactive and flexible team member.

 

We are looking for a candidate that meets the following requirements:

  • Follow strict health and safety, resort and conservation standards. We look after our team well, but in return, we expect flexibility and the ability to put extra effort in for our guests
  • Guide fun divers/snorkellers, work as support crew on land and boats, upsell courses and tours.
  • Basic maintenance of diving and first aid equipment.
  • Have a full set of own scuba equipment
  • Wide knowledge of underwater marine life, prioritise conservation and actively spend time with guests in between dives
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Willing to relocate to Bunaken and live in shared accommodation
  • Discreet Tattoos and piercings are acceptable
  • Contract offered subject to successful completion of 3 months probation.
  • Indonesian national 

 

The package includes:

  • Monthly salary, shared tip pool, one day off per week and holiday allowance
  • Complete package of BPJS (health insurance)
  • DAN Insurance, PADI Liability insurance and PADI fees covered
  • In-house servicing on personal dive equipment
  • Food during working hours
  • Uniform
