Now Hiring: PADI Divemasters & PADI Instructors for the 2026 Season!

Join us on Ustica Island — Italy’s first Marine Protected Area (est. 1986) and one of the most stunning diving destinations in the Mediterranean.

We are a PADI 5★ Dive Resort with a mostly French-speaking clientele, we’re looking for passionate and professional Divemasters and PADI Instructors to join our young, professional, and motivated team for the upcoming season.

Your Role

• Help with daily setup and logistics (loading/unloading tanks & gear)
• Welcome divers and support an exceptional guest experience
• Brief and guide certified divers across Ustica’s amazing dive sites
• Teach PADI courses from DSD to Rescue Diver (for OWSI)
• Rotate as surface support & safety supervisor on our boats

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English or French (additional languages a plus!)
• European passport ONLY
• Energetic, team-oriented, and highly motivated
• Good physical condition
• Boat license = strong advantage
• Personal diving equipment required

  What We Offer

• Fixed salary with contract from April/May to end of October 2026 (exact start date to be defined together)
• Free staff accommodation, only a 3-minute walk from the dive center
• 1 day off per week

For OWSI: opportunity to earn additional PADI specialties with our Course Director
For Divemasters: possibility to complete your IDC at the end of the season
