Job Description

5-STAR IDC HIRING FOR FEMALE INSTRUCTOR – BOCAS DEL TORO.

Experience:
< 1 Year
Language requirements:
English, French, German, Spanish

Our Dive Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and professional female instructor for the high season (November 2025 – April 2026).

Starting date: November 2025

Prerequisites.
Languages: Spanish–English, and preferably French or German.
Certification: OWSI, no previous experience required.
Plus: Social media management.

Must own a complete set of diving equipment

We offer:

  • Commission-based salary (approximately 20%)
  • Minimum 6-month contract with the possibility of continuing to work with us
  • DAN insurance for diving accidents
  • One day off per week
