Cabilao Island Sanctuary, a premier dive resort nestled in the pristine waters of Bohol, Philippines, is looking for a passionate and certified SSI Scuba Instructor to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
As a Dive Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dive education and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

Dive Instruction: Conduct a variety of SSI dive courses, from introductory experiences to certified programs, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun learning environment for all guests.
Strictly adhere to all SSI safety standards and best practices in dive instruction.

Guest Engagement: Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that encourages guests to explore and appreciate the marine environment.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a comfortable and informed experience.

Basic Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on dive equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the Dive Shop Supervisor.

Dive Shop Operations Support: Assist the Dive Shop Supervisor in maintaining an organised and efficient dive centre.
Support daily operations, including scheduling, equipment rentals, and inventory management.

Required Qualifications

Certification:
Current SSI Open Water Instructor certification.
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and diving.
Language:
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
Other:
Current CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: 15,000 PHP per month.
Commission:
30% of net revenue is generated from dive courses.
