Job description : Cabilao Island Sanctuary, a dive resort located in beautiful Bohol, Philippines, is seeking an enthusiastic and certified Dive Instructor. This position is ideal for a newly certified instructor looking to gain experience in a tropical paradise. Join our team and share your love for diving with guests from around the world!
Key Responsibilities
1. Dive Instruction
Conduct introductory and certified dive courses for guests, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging learning experience.
Uphold safety standards and diving best practices at all times.
2. Guest Engagement
Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for guests, encouraging them to explore the underwater world.
Answer questions and address concerns to ensure guests feel comfortable and informed.
3. Basic Equipment Maintenance
Perform basic checks on dive gear to ensure it is in working order.
Report any equipment issues to the Dive Shop Supervisor.
4. Assist with Dive Shop Operations
Support the Dive Shop Supervisor in maintaining an organized dive center.
Help with dive schedules, rentals, and inventory as needed.

Required Certifications :
- Certification: Open Water Instructor certification SSI
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, enthusiasm for teaching and diving.
- Other: CPR and First Aid certifications preferred, diving equipment technician
