Job Description
Our dive centre in Riyadh specializes in one-day dive experiences and training courses, offering high-quality, safe, and unforgettable experiences for beginners in the diving world. We focus on providing a friendly and supportive environment that enables our guests to develop their diving skills and enjoy the underwater world.

As a Riyadh, you will play a key role in managing daily training operations and ensuring the success of our centre while maintaining our commitment to safety and excellent customer service.

Leadership and Organization: 
You will be responsible for overseeing the dive school’s day-to-day operations and leading a team of dive instructors, guides, and support staff.

Customer Experience:
We ensure that all guests have the best possible experience during their stay with us, from registration to the completion of their dives.

Safety Management: 
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards according to international diving regulations and the specific requirements of the dive school.

Team Coordination: 
Plan and coordinate dive trips, assigning tasks to team members. You will act as the link between staff and management.

Administration: 
Handle bookings, customer inquiries, and other administrative tasks, as well as support equipment maintenance and inventory management.

Marketing & Customer Retention: 
Assist with the promotion and marketing of the dive school. Actively engage in customer retention and relationship-building.

Training Coordination:
Assist in the planning and delivery of diving courses and training.

Your Profile:

Diving Qualifications: 
PADI Female Instructor

Professional Experience: 
Experience in leading a dive operation or in a similar role, preferably in the diving industry.

Leadership Skills: 
Strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and organize a team.

Customer Focus: 
Excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation.

Organizational Skills: 
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and requirements effectively.

Language Skills:
Fluent in English is preferred. Additional language skills are a plus.

Flexibility: 
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak summer months.
