Job Description

PADI or SSI SCUBA instructor – Dive Club Management position in Sharm ElSheikh.

We are a mid-size PADI 5-star dive centre based in the Hadaba area, focusing on Guiding certified divers and courses from zero to dive master, not involved in the commercial and cheap side of Diving or snorkelling tours. Prefer to have the main language as English since we are dealing with multinational clients, and we insist on being a diverse community spot, where we offer all that a diver needs, not a money-making machine

Position available: Technical manager

Requirements:

• PADI or SSI SCUBA instructor
• 2 years experience as OWSI minimum
• Customer service & reservation experience
• Mastering English language (Reading and writing)
• Awareness of Emailing protocols
• Familiar with bureaucratic needs
• Leadership personality to navigate the team to reach the highest quality
• Ability to teach the different PADI programs
• Ability to guide certified divers around Sharm El Sheikh and to understand the protected areas of Sinai
• Ability to work on achieving the visions introduced by the ownership
• Keeping good relations with the suppliers in town and other dive clubs and boat facilities
• Awareness on maintaining the different online forums such as (PADI Travel and Find Your Guide, etc…)
• To be a Sinai resident or ready to settle in Sinai
• Ability to create, train and keep resident instructors in the house who proudly would be part of the family.
