Job Description

Divemaster/Instructor/Sales Position ASAP.

We’re a small but busy PADI 5 Star Dive Centre in Cape Town. We are seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as both Divemaster/Instructors and Sales Team Members. This role combines a passion for diving with a focus on customer service and guiding.

If you love scuba diving and enjoy helping others while you explore, play, and Admire Nature, this is the perfect opportunity!

ONLY South African citizens will be considered for the role.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries, sales, recommendations and bookings.
Guide scuba diving and snorkelling trips, as well as ocean safari trips, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
Teach PADI Courses beyond the minimum requirements.
Help customers gear up and ensure they’re properly prepared for their dives.
Maintain a clean and organised store environment.

Requirements:
PADI Divemaster or higher certification.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Excellent Time management skills.
Enthusiasm for the scuba industry and a passion for diving and conservation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Previous experience in retail or guiding is a plus.
Social Media and digital marketing experience is a bonus.
Experience working in cold water.
Preference will be given to Cape Town residents
Driver’s license and own transport
