Job description:
Wanted! We are looking for one more dive instructor for the upcoming season on the small island of Gozo, Malta’s remote sister island – voted 2025’s “Worldwide Best Diving Destination”! If you are a passionate and professional SSI and/or PADI Diving Instructor and team player, speak German and English, and have either EU citizenship or Maltese residency, we would be pleased to receive your application and CV with photo ASAP.

The position is available from the beginning of July until the beginning of November, 2025.

Gozo’s diving is very special and offers many drop-offs, caverns, caves, and tunnels, as well as several wrecks in often gin-clear visibility. We represent one of the founders of professional scuba diving services offered on the Mediterranean island of Gozo. The dive centre has been running with a great worldwide reputation for 40 years now, always enthusiastic about showing our guests the beautiful underwater world of the Maltese islands.

Job responsibilities:
Which qualifications and attributes do we expect from you?
– Training as SSI and/or PADI diving instructor, with minimum Deep & Wreck Specialties, as well as Nitrox (opportunity to become a nitrox instructor with us)
– EU citizenship or Maltese residency
– Minimum age 25 years
– Fluent in English and at least one other European language, preferably German, French or Polish
– Car driving license
– Capable and willing to work independently as well as part of a team
– Flexibility, and a positive and friendly attitude
– Additional skills in general maintenance of vehicles and dive equipment, as well as IT, are a plus
– Able to use initiative to handle duties/tasks that are not in your job description and may not be diving related. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
