Job description:
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic SSI Instructors for full-time employment. Additional instructor qualifications from different training agencies are a bonus, especially RAID, SDI/TDI, and PADI, but they are not required. The position will include but is not limited to instruction, retail sales/customer service, equipment service, air/nitrox/trimix fill and rentals.

About us:
We represent a progressive & dynamic SSI Diamond Instructor Training Facility based in Sliema, Malta offering recreational technical diving courses and guided dives. We specialise in the training of all levels of diver training including recreational diver training, instructor career training, technical diving and rebreather training.

Job responsibilities:
– MUST HAVE a European passport or legal rights to work and live in Malta without a visa
– Over 25 with a full clean manual car driving license (not just automatic)
– Works independently
– Has previous Dive Centre experience in popular and busy dive centres
– Can service Apeks, Aqualung and Scubapro regulators an asset – but not required
– Exceptional Customer Service
– Sales Experience
– Good verbal and written communication skills in English and MUST SPEAK one other major European language: e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch

Required Instructor Qualification:
Open Water Instructor, Dive Guide/Divemaster
Desirable Qualifications:
Compressor Operator/Technician, Driving License, Marketing Knowledge/Degree, Base Leader/Managerial Experience, Gas Blender
