Location: Koh Khood, Thailand

Position Overview: As a Dive Instructor with us you will play a pivotal role in our dive program, providing expert training and guidance to divers of all levels. Your responsibilities will include teaching various courses, leading dive trips, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package for our Dive Instructors, including:

Minimum salary: 30,000 THB per month Commissions: Earn attractive commissions for each dive and course you instruct, with potential earnings averaging around 55,000 THB per month during the season.

Commissions: To incentivize performance and reward dedication, we have implemented a commission structure for various dives and courses:

Scuba Review: 500 THB Discover Scuba Diving (DSD): 600 THB Fun Dive: 225 THB per tank Adventure Dive: 600 THB Scuba Diver: 2200 THB Open Water Diver (OWD): 2900 THB Advanced Diver Course (AOWD): 2700 THB Emergency First Response (EFR) Course: 1000 THB Rescue Diver Course: 2900 THB Dive Master Course: 9000 THB

Job Requirements:

Current certification as a recognized PADI Dive Instructor. Experience teaching various dive courses, including Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver. Strong knowledge of diving theory, equipment, and safety procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and provide clear instruction. Passion for marine conservation and a commitment to promoting sustainable diving practices. First Aid and CPR certifications (current).
