Job Description

We are a RAID and SSI Training Center located on the beautiful island of Koh Chang seeking one more experienced RAID or SSI instructor to join our team.

The ideal candidate enjoys going above and beyond for guests and feels pride in achieving genuine customer satisfaction. We are looking for an energetic instructor who understands five-star service and has a professional attitude, but enjoys a laugh with guests and the team. Passion for the ocean and a deep respect for the environment is a must and you should be punctual, friendly, outgoing, and adhere to all standards.

The successful candidate will be flexible with tasks from Try Divers to assisting with DM candidates, enjoys working in a small team and is comfortable with an island lifestyle. We’re looking for experienced and positive-minded instructors. For those less experienced, if you’ve got the right attitude, there is a lot to learn for you here.
We run trips daily from our comfortable boat whilst maintaining small group sizes and the highest quality possible.

Salary is commissioned based generally earning upwards of 40k per month during high season.
