RASCAL VOYAGES is seeking VOYAGE MANAGERS

We are actively seeking out voyage managers (cruise directors) to join our expanding fleet of luxury yachts, which offers bucket-list off-the-grid experiences in Indonesia. Ready to start September-October 2024.

As Voyage Manager, your key purpose is to lead each voyage and ensure that guest expectations are always exceeded. As the key liaison between the yacht and shore-based team, you are responsible for delivering the Rascal Standard to guests and leading and managing the crew on board.

Your day-to-day role will involve managing every aspect of the guest experience during voyages and ensuring that all necessary maintenance, checks and reporting occur between voyages.

Your friendly and approachable nature combined with your professionalism and track record will enable you not only to deliver unforgettable experiences but also effectively lead and manage a team.

About You

• An avid explorer and environmental enthusiast
• Outgoing, positive and open-minded
• An accountable and proactive leader
• A strong communicator, fluent in English (Bahasa is a plus)
• Professional and well-groomed
• Always willing to go the extra mile

Skills & Pre-Requisites

• Min. 3 years experience as a dive instructor
• Min. 1 year experience on board
• Prior experience managing a team
• Prior experience in hospitality and tourism
• Experience diving in Indonesia is a plus

Applicants with a Marine Biology degree or related degrees/certifications will be considered first.
