We are looking for a PADI Course Director who will buy the entire shareholding of the Training Division.
We are a PADI 5 Star Green Star Project Aware resort nominated for the World Luxury Travel Award and we are Mauritius busiest diving center 20 meters of the main beach of Pereybere in Mauritius, voted World's Most Beautiful in 2010 on Tripadvisor.
$145,000  for the company includes office, training facilities infrastructure and services, cloakroom free ads on the Facebook and instagram site with 65,000 subscribers, articles in Scubaverse, British Diving Magazine, French and Mauritius press and Tauchen in Germany (occasionally).. We are eligible but we are not yet registered as a PADI IDC Centre.

Reason for Selling:
I need a Course Director investor.

Expansion Opportunities:
There are only 2 active Course Directors on the Island, which has become an ideal venue for IDC training for Europe, the Middle East and the Eastern Bloc. The infrastructure lends itslf ideally. We have a 7 suite guesthouse above the diving centre for IDC trainees, and they will be able to directly access the beach in front of the DC.

Offered Support for the new owner:
You will wholly own the Trainng Company and become part of our diving Family. We have a Coffee shop and Breakfast Bar, accommodation, a busy Diving Centre and great group of guys. Pereybere is a great place to live, with MonChoisy Golf, our Diners club, Tavern brewery, and a sociable group of local residents. Pleanty of really nice inexpensive accommodation. Its a good life. We will assist you in obtaining an Occupation Permit for Mauritius.
