Job Description

In order to get ready for 2023 we are looking for multilingual diving instructors who would be able to join us within the next two months. Besides English, languages of interest are French (a must!), German and Spanish. Couples and new instructors are welcome to apply as well – but you need to cover French and German at least.

Start Date:                Within the next 2 months

Location:                   Gili Meno, Indonesia

Contract period:    1 Year (2 months probation period), with the possibility to extend the contract for the right candidates.

Qualifications and Expectations: 

MUST HAVES:

  • Fluent in English and at least one of the above-mentioned languages
  • OWSI or higher
  • Be highly motivated and an excellent salesperson
  • Great communicator and has excellent guest service
  • Flexible, proactive, with excellent teamwork
  • Experience with diving in currents

We offer:

  • Commission-based salary. In high season this can be a lot in low season we will still keep you busy so you are never without money.
  • A beautiful but quiet island and a really nice team. Please note: Meno is not Gili Trawangan. Please do your research before applying.
  • Growth potential for the right candidate. We are ultimately also looking for a dive centre manager.
