Job Description

The Customer Experience Specialist contributes to the success of Diventures by consistently building positive
experiences and lasting relationships with our customers through high-touch, high-communication, personalized
customer service.

As the first point of contact for the customer, the Customer Experience Specialist is the ’face of the company and
takes personal ownership of each customer’s experience. With friendliness, professionalism, integrity, a great sense of
urgency and care, the Customer Experience Specialist defines each Diventures customer’s experience by demonstrating
genuine interest and a sincere desire to know and understand each customer’s unique needs and aspirations; making
product and service recommendations that best serve the customer’s interests.

Because everything communicates, the Customer Experience Specialist further demonstrates ownership of the
customer experience by positively maintaining a world-class service environment defined as welcoming, clean, and
organized with exceptional visual presentation of products, ensuring that the customer’s first and lasting impressions are
of a facility and team like no other.

Proactively engaging customers both in-person, on the phone, and through email with authentic enthusiasm, the
Customer Experience Specialist shares the Diventures experience by smiling, greeting, actively listening, effectively sharing
product and service offerings in the swim, SCUBA, service, and travel and effectively resolving customer problems quickly and
completely.
