WE ARE EXPANDING AND HIRING MORE PADI INSTRUCTORS FOR 2023

A very busy award-winning PADI 5-Star IDC Development Center in Sanur Bali is looking for a DUTCH or GERMAN SPEAKING PADI instructor.

FEMALE DUTCH & GERMAN INSTRUCTORS are most welcome. If you ALSO like Yoga, Surfing, Hiking and being in the middle of the famous Indo-Pacific Biodiversity range that is right on the WALLACE LINE, then Bali is definitely for you!

We have been in Bali for 12 years.  We, just like most of the world, are still in the Pandemic phase but the international divers are starting to show up in Bali and AS WE GO INTO THE PEAK SEASON, we are expanding.

The work involves all aspects of running a dive centre including operating air compressors, filling tanks, servicing and maintenance of dive equipment but if you don’t know we will teach you, to look after the equipment room, inventory control, maintaining a dive facility etc., and teaching PADI courses, which is an integral part and comprise of 50% of your work.

Diving is excellent in Bali as we have some of the better dive sites in the world. Living is also very inexpensive in Bali. Remuneration is based on commissions and augmented by a minimum monthly guaranteed income (+ work permit subsidy)  of 10 million IDR or AUD990 or Euros610.

During a high season, the average monthly salary is about 25 million IDR or AUD2,475 or Euros1,525 plus we will FULLY subsidise the cost of the Indonesian work permit.  The ONLY thing we ask is that you must not be afraid of hard work –  this is critical.
