Japanese-Speaking PADI Instructor
Job Description
Experience: 1-3 Years
Language requirements: English & Japanese
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diving courses and training sessions for guests in both group and one-on-one settings.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of divers by following established protocols and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive and memorable diving experience.
- Assist with daily diving operations, including equipment maintenance and logistics.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to attract and engage potential diving enthusiasts.
Requirements:
- Certified PADI instructor.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in teaching diving courses and guiding dives.
- Strong knowledge of diving equipment, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
