Job Description
Language requirements: English, French, German, Spanish
We represent a small international PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. We do prioritize safe diving and focus on quality and small groups.
We have now opened the application process for passionate PADI OWSI (or higher), to join our team. You must hold an EU passport and be able to teach fluent English and at least one additional language (ESP/FR/GER).
You would be starting in the winter season (Nov/Dec), however, as we are operating all year long, we consider long-term employment with career opportunities for the right candidate.
Lanzarote, located in the Atlantic Ocean, offers great diving conditions all year long at temperatures of 19-25 degrees Celsius. We consider ourselves fortunate with the number of dive sites, marine life & depths the island offers. In addition, the distances to the dive spots are short and logistics are simple. Your position will include guiding certified divers and teaching all PADI programs according to your professional ranking as well as all standard dive center duties. Since we have a mixed portfolio of customers, you will enjoy a good variety of teaching and guiding. We do 2-3 dives a day and operate all year long, 5-6 days per week. We offer a fixed monthly salary, a legal contract with social security cover as well as paid holidays. We do not provide meals or accommodation, though, we will assist you with finding your new home.
