Assistant Operational Manager
Job Description
Now we are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager (European single male) to lead and manage day to day running of our Excursions, Private Charter, Watersports & Dive Centre.
We encourage Diving Instructor that is looking for opportunities to develop into Management in the expanding recreation business.
The applicant has experience working on a deserted island/ in the Maldives.
Applicant should hold a current “Active/ Teaching” PADI instructor
Worked in a similar environment (priority in such order: on an excursion, charter yachts, watersport then lastly scuba diving)
We work with Butler on guests‘ requests; as this is a highly demanding environment, candidates must be within 33 years old; fast and quick decision makers.
Be able to multi-task, be flexible, able to lead a working team (fast and accurate.)
Be competent with Excel, Microsoft & general computer work.
This is not a diving position.
