We are looking for a Dive Center Manager in our resort who can fulfil the basic responsibilities of:

– Follow current SOP for Dive Center maintenance, daily operations, and reporting

– Oversee daily scheduling for the department

– Work with the reservations team to handle dive-related inquires and reservations

– Work with higher management to help create promotional plans and marketing strategies

– Attend daily briefings with other HoD and monthly PNL meetings

– Ensure monthly reports are completed punctually and accurately.

– Assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their personal welfare, safety, and professional development Previous experience in a similar position or in a Resort setting will be a bonus.

About Us
Our Dive & Yoga Resort is looking for a new Dive Centre Manager! We are located on the island of Nusa Penida close to Bali. Our Resort features an on-site SSI Dive Centre, Yoga Shala, 10 cottages, and our Terrace restaurant.
