Dive Operations Manager, Teaching, Guiding, Maintenance & Safety.
We are a Dive Resort on the Island of Taveuni, seeking a qualified PADI OWSI in full teaching status.
The qualified candidate will report to the Resort Owners/Managers.
Responsibilities range from Customer Service and interaction to overseeing and maintaining a safe environment for all guests and their diving.
Selling/upselling courses, assisting with other water-related activities, maintenance of equipment & boats.
Requirements:
- PADI OWSI in full teaching status, EFR teaching status
- Minimum 3 years experience in teaching and managing
- Current 3rd party liability insurance; PADI or DAN
- Fluent English
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and experience using social media platforms for marketing and advertising
