Position: General Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading various aspects of our business operations. While this is a non-diving position, we require candidates with extensive managerial experience and a strong background in the diving industry.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operational team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Business Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.
3. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
4. Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all legal requirements.
5. Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service and experience.

– Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
– Extensive experience in the diving industry.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Mexican residency or work permit for Mexico is preferred.
