General Manager Dive Resort in Bali

A well-established Bali Dive Resort in Padang Bai is looking for a General Manager.

We are a PADI 5-Star dive resort with 23 rooms and bungalows, located at the beach of Padang Bai, East Bali.

We have guests from all over the world who are a mix of divers and non-divers.

About Us

We were established as a dive shop in 2005 originally located in Sanur. In 2006 the shop relocated to the beach of the cosy fishermen’s village Padang Bai. In this transition, the shop developed into a diving resort with a lovely restaurant, cosy bar, and relaxing spa. Combined with the beautiful dive locations, the guests receive the best experience during their stay in Bali.

Job description:
As a General Manager, or couple you have an incredible opportunity to develop competitive skills on a beautiful island. If you are strong in project management and cooperation and have the right initiative for the job, then apply straight away for the position of General Manager at our resort with restaurant, bar, and PADI dive centre.

Maintaining good marketing strategies and the execution of the strategies
The bookings and reservations throughout the year
Managing the dive planning for dive trips and courses
Human resources
Managing the logistic team
Provide and maintain a great customer experience
General office supervision including accounting, cash management and general running of the office
Job Requirements:

We are looking for a General Manager or couple who can lead and drive our team forward, who can multi-task and who is keen to be part of our exciting company. Our Indonesian staff are well trained, many speak a high level of English. A Manager who desires to learn Bahasa Indonesia will excel at a much faster pace.

• 2 years minimum experience in the industry
  Perfect English, any additional language is a pro
  Organizational skills and attention to detail
  Customer service and interpersonal skills
  PADI OWSI with experience in leading dive operations is a pro
  Solid understanding of basic finance and accounting
  MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word
  Any marketing skills or photo/video skills are a pro
  Equipment/compressor service and maintenance knowledge is a pro
  Experience with OTAs and travel agencies
