Job Description
Unique opportunity to own a 50% share of an operational Dive Shop in an International 4-star beach and dive Resort.
PADI 5* RESORT since 2005, inside a 31 Room Resort with 9 Condos attached, BeachFront with Pool
Buy In = $19,000 … which is half the current value of our dive shop gear inventory…….. Our APEKS, AQUALUNG, COLTRI equipment was purchased in Feb of 2020 to replace the old gear so all this equipment is almost new.
The DEAL for YOU:
Manage the dive shop on a daily basis
Get Paid standard rates for Guiding & Instructing
Market the dive shop & resort on Social Media etc
At the end of each month, split the profits 50/50 with the Resort Owners.
The DEAL for the RESORT:
Supply space for the Dive Shop and compressor room (Free)
Process all the paperwork associated with running a business in the Philippines. (Free)
Market the dive shop & resort on Social Media etc.
At the end of each month, split the profits 50/50 with the Dive Shop Partner(s)
The REASONS:
Our current Dive Shop Partners must leave suddenly and attend to personal matters overseas.
They are willing to assist with a 4-week transition period to familiarise the new partners with the dive shop/dive sites etc.
