Weekends are mandatory (current need is for weekend staff person)
Available for at least 2 years (no major schedule issues)
We like to utilize our staff’s strengths
Candidate must be minimum Open Water Diver certified.

Successful candidates will also receive training in all of the following:

Learn how to scuba! Or further your scuba diving education. (Optional)
We’ll teach you all about scuba diving, and snorkelling gear and you’ll have a chance to test much of this out for yourself! Some of our staff have incredible experience and continue to do world renowned adventures (some seen on TV)
You’ll learn how to work on a stellar POS platform.
We do A LOT of bookings! We’ll show you how to do it all.
Candidate must be legally employable in the United States long-term. We do not sponsor.

What’s it like day to day?

That’s a great question! Here is a snapshot of what becoming a member of our team looks like:

Weekend hours are 7 AM – 4 PM (Mon – Fri is 11 AM – 630PM)
Part of the day is spent answering customer inquiries, scheduling customers in courses, inbox management, POS operation, some daily cleaning duties, computer use and scanning paperwork into appropriate files.

Other tasks include:
preparing classrooms for students, you are also a direct member of our sales team with in-store sales.
We like to mould each position around the applicant’s strengths. If you’re a star at administration and writing, this will be your core task. If you’re strong in sales this is where we want you.
Must have a sense of humour. We love to have fun and joke around (while also getting our job done).
