Currently, we seeking a certified and enthusiastic PADI Instructor to join our team on a seasonal basis.

Job Description:
As a Seasonal PADI Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dive training and experiences to our students and certified divers during the seasonal period. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Dive Training:

• Conduct PADI courses, including Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, and various speciality courses.

• Provide comprehensive classroom and practical instruction to students, ensuring their safety, knowledge, and confidence underwater.

• Evaluate and assess student progress and issue certifications upon successful completion of courses.

2. Guided Dives:

• Lead guided dives for certified divers, ensuring their safety, enjoyment, and adherence to dive plans.

• Plan and organize dive trips, including selecting suitable dive sites and coordinating logistics.

• Provide thorough dive briefings, highlighting safety procedures and specific dive objectives.

3. Environmental Stewardship:

• Promote responsible diving practices and respect for marine life.

• Encourage divers to follow sustainable diving guidelines and participate in local conservation efforts.

5. Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting divers with gear setup, entry, and exit.

• Answer customer questions, offer recommendations, and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

6. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of dive excursions, student progress, and certification records.

• Assist with dive shop operations, including booking reservations, processing paperwork, and supporting marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Current PADI Instructor certification.

• CPR and First Aid Instructor certifications.

• Excellent diving skills and experience in a variety of dive environments.

• Strong communication and teaching skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students.

• Knowledge of local dive sites and marine life.

• Commitment to safety and environmental conservation.

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and transport dive equipment.
