We are a couple of passionate dive instructors – Sara from Italy and Naser from Jordan – excited about the possibility of joining your team.

A little bit about us:

Sara: I am a certified PADI OWSI who began teaching in May on the island of Kos, Greece, where I am currently working until the end of October. In this role, I have conducted multiple courses for divers of various levels, from beginners to advanced, while also managing dive operations and ensure safety protocols. Previously, I accumulated significant experience as a Divemaster, leading dives and developing leadership and group management skills. Additionally, I hold a Master degree in Underwater and Hyperbaric Medicine, which has given me a solid knowledge base and heightened my awareness of safety and health in diving. I am determined to apply this knowledge to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for my students. Throughout my professional journey, including my previous career as a medical doctor, I have developed qualities such as dedication, precision, and strong communication, skills that I consider essential for a successful scuba instructor. My medical background has also enhanced my ability to manage emergencies and prioritize safety, which are critical aspects of diving instruction. Additionally, I bring transferable skills like customer relationship management and the ability to perform well in dynamic and demanding environments.

Naser: I began working in the diving industry at a very young age and have dedicated myself daily with great passion. Starting as a Divemaster, I quickly developed my leadership abilities and became a Dive Team Leader at Aqaba Adventure Divers. In this role, I managed daily operations, supervised a team of divemasters, coordinated dive trips, and conducted safety briefings and emergency drills. Since when I completed my IDC I have been teaching as the sole instructor at my diving center, conducting numerous courses and ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. I have always worked in Aqaba and now I am eager to travel and explore the world, bringing my expertise and enthusiasm to new environments.

We have known each other since 2019 and we had the chance to work together in Aqaba in 2023, where we developed a strong professional partnership and consistently delivered high-quality dive training.
After our time in Aqaba, Sara returned to Italy to complete her IDC, with the idea to return to Jordan for the winter season to continue working together. Unluckily our plans were disrupted by a flood affecting Sara’s family home. Subsequently, and unfortunately still now, geopolitical issues in the region made it impossible for foreigners to work there.
Despite these challenges, we remain enthusiastic about diving. Since then, Naser has completed his IDC, as well, and we are now ready to travel and work together again.
Our ability to work effectively as a couple and our shared dedication to the diving community make us well-suited to contributing our combined skills and experience to your team.
