Dive Center Manager & Assistant Dive Center Manager Positions Available

Locations: Two of our dive centers in Indonesia (i.e. North Sulawesi – Raja Ampat)

Start Date: May 2025

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Dive Center Manager (ADCM) and a Dive Center Manager (DCM) to oversee smooth diving operations and logistics while ensuring exceptional guest service with a focus on safety. The selected candidates will work closely with the Resort Manager to maintain high standards and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements, Personal Qualities & Skills:
• PADI OWSI certification with at least two years of managerial experience in a dive center
• Hands-on experience in dive center operations and logistics
• Multilingual
• Mature, responsible, and adaptable to remote environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
• Outstanding guest interaction abilities, fostering a welcoming and social atmosphere
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure with long hours when needed
• Business-driven mindset, seeking growth opportunities and maintaining a high-performance culture
• Experience in planning and strategic decision-making

Preferred (but not required) Skills:
• Knowledge of fiberglass speedboats
• Familiarity with Yamaha 4-stroke outboard engines
• Understanding of compressor maintenance and repair
• Dive equipment maintenance and repair experience
• Knowledge of digital underwater photography
