We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic resort environment and can deliver exceptional diving experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified PADI Scuba Dive Instructor with experience in teaching and guiding
• Strong team leadership skills and ability to manage groups confidently
• Sales-oriented mindset – ability to upsell courses, trips, and gear
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Strong command of English language with excellent communication skills

Bonus Skills (Advantageous but not required):

• Experience servicing Sherwood, Scuba Pro, or other dive gear
• Tank inspection certification
• Knowledge of compressor servicing and maintenance
• Small boat captaincy skills
