QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified SSI Open Water Instructor or higher
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Demonstrated international diving experience
• Strong marine conservation interest
• Proven experience in managing a large, multicultural team
• Good level of administrative and organizational skills
• Ready to start immediately
• Lead and assist in shark diving and snorkeling
