Dive Shop Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dive Shop Manager to join our team from October 25 

Requirements:

• Certified Dive Instructor with solid teaching and diving experience
• Good technical skills, especially in dive equipment maintenance and repair
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Resilient, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Strong guest communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dive shop operations
• Organise dive schedules, staff, and logistics
• Maintain and service dive equipment
• Teach diving courses as needed
• Ensure a high standard of guest service and safety
