Job description:
We are looking for a part-time instructor, assistant instructor or dive leader to help with activities on our boat “The Orca” and around the shop.

About us:
We are located in the beautiful seaside town of 1770, halfway between Bundaberg & Gladstone. We run day tours to Lady Musgrave Island (weather and numbers permitting), with a 90-minute boat trip each way. That is why we cannot offer full-time.

The Orca carries up to 110 passengers in peak times, and as an add-on, we offer “Try Scuba” and dives for certified divers. If you speak more than English, that would be great at times.

Job responsibilities:
We need real team players, able to deal with customers from a very young age up to senior citizens, prepared to do more than just diving. If you have a Coxswain’s ticket, even better.

Required Instructor Qualification:
Open Water Instructor
Dive Guide/Divemaster
Desirable Qualifications:
Boat Skipper License
Diving Equipment Technician
