I have been a PADI professional and instructor for over 22 years, been a Course Director for the last 7. My purpose in mentoring the next generation of instructors is for them to teach all of the entry level courses and leave me to focus on continuing to mentor more instructor candidates.

Over my entire CD career I still hold a 100% IE success rate, achieved Silver Course Director and Elite Instructor several times, and have worked with many instructors of different nationalities including some locals since I’ve moved to Indonesia.

I am a mature solid hard worker and I encourage everyone to ask me questions regardless of how small or insignificant they may be. A proven team player with extensive knowledge on many aspects of the industry besides teaching and diving.

Outside of the dive industry I have a very large knowledge base and expertise in many areas. Specifically with technology and social trends, both online and in person.
