 Position: Booking & Marketing Coordinator

 Availability: Now

Dune Mexico is strengthening its team in Playa del Carmen and we are looking for a hybrid profile combining booking management and marketing development, playing a key role in both daily operations and brand visibility (Playa, Cozumel & cenotes).
Dynamic environment, real responsibilities, direct impact on sales and organization.
Location: Playa del Carmen
Contract: 3 months (renewable depending on activity and performance)
Salary: Variable depending on profile and experience

Responsibilities

Booking & Operations
• Managing daily bookings (Playa / Cozumel / cenotes)
• Handling client communication (email, WhatsApp, phone)
• Coordinating schedules with instructors and operations team
• Monitoring confirmations, payments and follow-up
Marketing & Development
• Supporting social media and promotional actions
• Partner follow-up (hotels, agencies, collaborators)
• Contributing to visibility and sales optimization

 Candidate Profile
• Strong knowledge of the diving industry
• Dive center experience highly recommended
• Comfortable with digital tools and social media
• Organized, detail-oriented, commercially minded
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

 Requirements
• French & English (spoken and written)+ Spanish (intermediate) mandatory
• Certified diver
