Are you our next Divemaster in paradise?

We at Bohol Divers Club continue to grow and we are looking for a key piece to join our team in Alona Beach!.
We are not just looking for a guide, we are looking for a good leader/organizer who is passionate about the sea and customer service. If you’re methodical on land but a fish in water, we want to meet you!

Your Role:
*Diving Guide: Leading groups in the stunning dive spots in Panglao and Bohol islands.
*Logistics & Organization: Coordinate customer groups and teams for next day outings (the magic happens in the preparation!) ).
* Host on board: Conduct the briefing, foster a good atmosphere (friending) and ensure that the logistics on the ship are impeccable.
* Quality Control: Ensure that everything works properly throughout the day.

What are we looking for?
* Certification: PADI Divemaster (renewed and insured).
*MUST HAVE Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (Spoken and Written).
* Skill: Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
* Equipment: Have complete own diving equipment and in good condition.
*Personality: Someone who is sociable, with positive energy, and able to resolve unforeseen things with a smile.
* Commitment: Availability for long stays and time flexibility.
