Scope of Work & Responsibilities
• Assist the Dive Center Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and guest services.
• Deliver SSI-certified dive training and courses to guests.
• Ensure safety, professionalism, and compliance with SSI standards.
• Manage equipment inventory, servicing schedules, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate bookings, payments, and administrative tasks.
• Support marketing initiatives, digital promotions, and dive package development.
• Act as deputy manager in the absence of the Dive Center Manager.

Global Scuba, a premier SSI-certified dive center, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Dive Center Manager & SSI Instructor to join our team. This dual role combines leadership in dive center operations with professional SSI instruction, offering an exciting opportunity to grow within the marine tourism industry.

Candidate Requirements:
• Active SSI OW Instructor license holder (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as Assistant Dive Center Manager.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English required, German, French, Italian language is an added advantage
• Familiarity with digital technology
• Age group: 35–45 years.

Required Instructor Qualification:
Open Water Instructor
Desirable Qualifications:
Diving Equipment Technician, Gas Blender, Administrational Skills/Office Experience
Base Leader/Managerial Experience
