Broadreach leads international summer programs for teens that are engaging and interactive. Instructors travel with a group of students while observing local culture, completing community service, and earning dive certifications. Groups typically have 8-10 students and 2-3 Instructors.

Broadreach is seeking PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors to lead summer programs for teens in various locations, including Curaçao, from June 7th  to August 1st 2026.

Instructors lead Open Water and Advanced Open Water courses. In addition to teaching diving, instructors work with their co-leader to supervise students 24/7, facilitate group dynamics, assist students with cooking and cleaning duties, lead games, and do other program activities.

Food and accommodations are provided for instructors for the duration of their contract.

Qualifications:

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification with active teaching status.
• Previous experience working with teens or young adults, preferably in a camp or 24/7 setting.
• Education/background in marine biology preferred.
• Specialty teaching certifications or willingness to obtain some of the following: underwater naturalist, boat diver, AWARE-coral reef conservation, night diver, wreck diver, deep diver, and more.
• Must be available for the full season from June 7th to August 1st.
