Education
The Post-Graduate course in Neuroscience and Behavior aims to train professionals to understand the relationship between the brain, emotions and human behavior, applying knowledge of neuroscience in educational and mental health contexts. The training allows the study of the nervous system and its processes, focusing on topics such as learning, memory, attention and the biological bases of psychotic diseases, such as schizophrenia.
The Insper Executive MBA is a post-graduate lato sensu for experienced professionals (with more than 5 years in management) that aims to develop the ability to manage business strategically, holistically and sustainably, enabling sound decision-making and efficient allocation of resources. The course focuses on developing leadership skills, analytical thinking and problem solving, preparing executives to lead and undertake in different economic sectors.
Work & Experience
Responsible for instructing and certifying divers from the entry-level Open Water Diver to the Master Scuba Diver rating.Managed all aspects of specialty dive programs, including planning, logistics, and in-water instruction of PADI specialties.Trained and mentored aspiring PADI Divemasters, assisting them in developing leadership and rescue skills.Led daily dive excursions, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of certified divers while providing expert guidance on local marine life and dive sites.
Responsible for the Command and Management of approximately 1000 patrolling police officers, not only in performing their duties but also in training, specializing, and monitoring them in many technical areas, highlighting, as an assigned Officer of Judicial Police, responsible for all the procedures and acts regarding crimes committed by police officers, from initial investigation through to submission of the brief of evidence. Additional duties include acting as a counselor in different administrative processes that involve violations and misconduct of police officers and assignment as a Military Judge responsible, as part of a Special Military Council, for presiding over trials against officers being prosecuted for military crimes. – São Paulo State Military Police.
