About Candidate
As an EU multilingual PADI OWSI (EN/FR/NL/PT/ES/GR), I have been a Divemaster since 2022 and always focused on safety, clarity, and PADI standards – here are 3 additional strengths I would bring to your team :
- Scientific & Recreational Diving training – My recent CMAS Scientific diving & PADI Instructor ratings and my BSc degree in Plant Science, together with my experience at the Environmental Research Station
and the micro-algae laboratory in Manchester, my volunteering work with Cetasea Europe and
scientific expedition in Berlengas Marine reserve give me a solid scientific background in marine
ecology, ecosystem services and restoration, sustainability, and species identification. This
allows me to meaningfully contribute to PADI Aware projects and educate curious student divers
to fascinating marine science. - Pedagogy, Communications & commercial skills – My music teaching experience, my freelance creative
practice (47 deals and $18k revenue) blending music and science communication as well as my experience as student content ambassador allows me to engage passionately with the public in more than 6
languages. - Project‑management and team-spirit skills – As a student union representative for 40 000
student during the pandemic crisis I thrive in collective environment where we learn from one
another. I am a focused, passionate, and welcoming person, always willing to learn from my
colleagues and eager to continue my professional development in marine conservation at the
service of our global Blue Economy.
Recently passed my IDC in Dive&Dive (Calpe, Spain) with Arancha Matheus and Luis Delamar and IE with examiner Micky Thomas. I have 5 instructor specialties (Nitrox, Oxygen provider, Deep, Night & Wreck), I’m looking for a center to grow as a Scuba Instructor and Marine Biologist long-term.
Education
Specialized in Plant Ecology, Marine Ecology and Organismal Biology. My Dissertation was on Ecosystem Tipping Points and my course included a field course on Tropical Ecology in Costa Rica. Earned the University's Stellify Leadership Award.
I gained research experience in the FIRS Environmental Research Station, Dr. Pittman's Algal biotechnology lab and Dr. Gallois plant stress tolerance lab.
Fully funded by an ABRSM Scholarship, this Master focused on translating eco-acoustic data into music to translate ecological findings into creative science communication.

Work & Experience
This experience fostered a deep passion for the preservation of marine environments in the Aegean sea
• Guided 55 Discover Scuba Diving students as a Divemaster
• Followed strict safety protocols with PADI for student tours, marine cartography and guides of certified divers on night, deep and wreck dives with wet and dry suits
Ahead of my IDC in Dive&Dive in Calpe (Spain), I assisted in El Mar de Valencia as a Divemaster including :
Kit preparation, Confined Water demonstrations and assistance, Open Water boat, surface and underwater logistics and student assistance.
Passed my IDC with Course Director Arancha Matheus and Luis Delamar at Dive&Dive in Calpe and my IE with Micky Thomas.
5 Instructor Specialties : nitrox, Oxygen Provider, Night, Wreck and Deep.
Organised by MARE partners Universidade de Leiria, CMAS Portugal and Instituto da Conservação da Natureza e das Florestas (ICNF), I am one of 12 selected participants to contribute to a scientific expedition to Berlengas Marine Reserve (Portugal) and earning my CMAS Scientific Diver certification, trained in mapping & data, transects & sampling, photogrammetry, survey & experimental design, geolocation and scientific report writing.
Awards
