We are Lisa & Mirco, a professional dive couple from Germany, planning our permanent relocation to the Philippines in mid-2026.
Our clear goal is to work as dive instructors. For that reason, we are currently preparing to complete our instructor-level training later this year, before entering professional employment. While we are currently certified within the PADI system, we are fully open regarding agency affiliation. This includes completing our instructor training under the agency that best fits the dive center’s standards. Our priority is to start working already fully trained and aligned with the operational and training philosophy of the dive center we join.
This profile is listed under Lisa’s name, but represents both of us as a team.

Lisa:
- guest interaction, coordination, professional communication, plus social media, content creation, and visual storytelling within the dive industry
Mirco:
strong operational mindset, technical understanding, and a high sense of responsibility shaped by 12 years of service in the German Armed Forces, including medical training and structured task execution

We are not looking for short-term placements or training-based arrangements. We are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow into a dive center team, contribute reliably to daily operations, and take on meaningful responsibility as instructors over time.
