Let me introduce myself, my name is Antonio an enthusiastic, reliable hardworking PADI Master Instructor and EFR Instructor Trainer with some years of experience in the diving business, including Teaching , Guiding, Management, Design, Pre-Opening, and setting up of Dive & Water Sports Operations.

With an extraordinary proven record in Customer Service and Safety, my priorities are to provide the best diving/training and guest satisfaction without disregarding the company interests.

I have a good sense of humour and I do enjoy and love what I do, diving and teaching the Art of Diving.

I can easily adapt to new working environments, and having already the experience of living for long periods of time in remote locations and close contact with cultures different from mine, I know what is to be expected and what not in terms of living in these areas, or when working in high standard resorts.

I always maintain a gracious and professional manner when communicating with people of all levels, including customers and company staff.

Also, I do understand the importance of internal communication and customer service as a backbone to build an even stronger company and in that way increase the revenue.

In addition to my extensive working experience, I have excellent organizational and communication skills and a keen eye for details.
