Evasioni Blu Diving Ustica is hiring!

We are currently recruiting for PADI Instructors and Divemasters for the upcoming season.

We are a PADI 5* IDC Dive Resort based in Ustica, Sicily, Italy. You will have the opportunity to work with us in a friendly international team of diving professionals and to dive in the beautiful Marine Protected Area of Ustica.

What your job will be:
– General working hours: 07:00 -14:00 (two morning dives). Varying work shift for afternoon dives (14:00-17:00) and office work (17:30-19:00).
– Taking part in daily preparation for the dives and diving courses
– Welcoming the divers and student divers in the morning
– Perform briefings for the divers and/or student divers, guided dives and teach PADI courses (OWSI)
– Rinsing of diving equipment and cleaning of dive center
– Perform registration of new divers in the afternoon/evening

What we are looking for:
– Must be fluent in English (prefered extra spoken languages: German, French)
– Driver’s license
– European citizen
– In teaching status for 2026
– Have own full dive equipment
– A good team player and positive attitude

– Working period: Beginning of May until end of October 2025
