We are seeking a Dive Center Manager who will lead with purpose and passion, helping shape Dune’s presence across Bali and ensuring our guests experience the very best this island has to offer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the dive center (scheduling, staff coordination, customer service).
  • Supervise and support dive instructors, guides, and other staff members.
  • Ensure safety standards and PADI regulations are strictly followed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and provide excellent guest experiences.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and inventory.
  • Oversee financial tasks such as billing, reporting, and budget control.
  • Develop and promote dive packages, courses, and excursions.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and the local community.

 

Requirements:

  • Certified Dive Instructor.
  • Previous experience in dive center management or team leadership.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Customer-oriented, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
  • Basic computer and administration skills.
