Job Description
We’re setting up EFR schools around the world, and we need EFR Instructors to go out and teach!

The bottom line: Are you willing to receive an email that says “Can you please teach at x-company on Friday 18th April at xxxxxx Boulevard, 15min away from your location?” and if you are, click yes, then turn up at the business and teach an EFR course?

Who/What/Why are we?

  • PADI Instructors who wanted to thrive in our low season.
    We are instructors who are also marketing and tech specialists.
    We built our first branch in Barbados and surpassed the Red Cross and the Heart and Stroke Foundation in quality and quantity of certifications, even despite being national institutions with boundless funding.
    We have fully integrated PADI, EFR, Accounting, Online Marketing, Sales Funnels, Corporate Contracts and have fine-tuned our whole operation with the very best teaching methods.
    In just a few months, we have amassed over 130 five-star Google Reviews (and 1 four-star), giving us a clean 5.0 score.

What are we looking for? Awesome, personable PADI or EFR Instructors who:

  • Would like to, and have time to teach more EFR.
    Have Active EFR Teaching status.
    Have full work permits/visas, etc, to be allowed to work legally in their area.
    Will be in the same place for certain months of the year, every year.
    You are meticulous and have a larger-than-life personality.
    Have uninterrupted access to a teaching AED, an adult and baby mannequin, both with lungs.

How we would work together:

  • We build a website that is specific to where you are.
    We launch full marketing campaigns to grow IG and FB.
    We set you up on Google Maps for reviews.
    We integrate booking systems, et,c so you can get pinged for a contract.
    The money gets paid into your account.
    We get a cut.
    Repeat.

In other words, we are building whole companies in a day, everywhere in the world, and we’re getting a lot of demand for our EFR Courses. The final mile of any course is the practical teaching, and that’s where you come in.
