Job Description

we are looking to hire a OWSI/MSDT Couple for the upcoming Summer 2025 Season.

We are looking for a hard-working couple that prioritizes safety and five-star service. The successful couple will need to demonstrate strict adherence to PADI Standards and safety procedures, kind and friendly disposition, patient and confident in their skills as a guide and Instructor.

Enthusiasm for marine history, wreck diving, coral conservation and maritime history is required. Applicants must have fluent English written and spoken.

The position is for the months of June through to the end of September 2025 and for the right candidates we may offer a returning position. Applicants with the following PADI Specialties will be given priority- Wreck, Deep, UW Naturalist, Navigation and PADI AWARE Specialties.

Applicants must have experience independently navigating and guiding divers, working with children and families as well as up to date EFR and 02 Provider certifications. Own gear is also required.
