Open Water Scuba Instructor – Road Town, British Virgin Islands

Our small, friendly dive shop in Road Town, British Virgin Islands, seeks a passionate PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor for a three-month position to join our team!

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic instructor who thrives on sharing their love for diving. This is not just a teaching role – you’ll play an integral part in day-to-day dive shop operations, guiding divers, staffing our retail store, and more!

What We’re Looking For:
PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification.
A strong passion for teaching and guiding divers of all levels.
Willingness to assist with dive centre operations, including equipment prep, customer service, and maintenance.
A friendly, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, small-shop environment.
